Toryumon X
The 3rd full class out of the gym, Toryumon X was heralded as the next evolution of Japanese lucha libre. The departure of Hisamaru Tajima as their signboard player shifted the focus on Taiji Ishimori. Their class concept was changed to breaking down barriers in place for smaller sized wrestlers. They debuted in Japan in August 2003.
The top unit was the Sailor Boys trio of Taiji Ishimori, Shu Sato, and Kei Sato. They aimed to be a pop idol group, even releasing their own CD single "Keep on Journey". Despite all this, fans really did not like them at all, and they were a complete failure.
The top heel unit was almost the complete opposite. Los Salseros Japoneses were a salsa band. Members were Takeshi Minamino, Mango Fukuda, and Pineapple Hanai. They actually gained a bit of a following and continued activity after X into Michinoku Pro, where they remained together until 2006.
The 3rd unit was Mini Crazy MAX. As the name would indicate, it was comprised of miniature versions of the full sized CMAX. The members would all go on to different levels of success under new gimmicks.
There was also Los Carros Exoticos. It consisted of Berlinetta Boxer, Murcielago, GALLARDO, and Lambo Miura. Yes, it was a masked man unit made up entirely of expensive sports cars. BBoxer went on to become Shogo Takagi in Aagan-iisou, but the rest continued without him.
X was largely considered a failure. They were left in limbo when the Dragon Gate split happened, and after a final performance in September 2004, all of its members were scattered to various corners of the Japanese independent scene, mostly to Michinoku Pro and later d2p/El Dorado.
X also comprises the "Lost Class". From the 11th term to the 13th term, a slew of students were preparing to join the X roster in Japan. When the fallout of the Dragon Gate split forced the premature end of X, the new students were placed in a permanent limbo of sorts. They were briefly billed as Toryumon NEXT, but that tag disappeared quickly. They have had varying results in their eventual career paths.
Toryumon X Graduate List
-8th Term-
Hisamaru Tajima: Disappeared from the Mexico dojo shortly after debuting. Ran a successful Udon business in Tokyo. Made a shocking return to the ring in 2006 for the UD:06 shows. Now splits time between his noodles and as an official roster member of Dradition.
Murcielago: Los Carros Exoticos member. Became Flashmoon for Osaka Pro, where he continues to participate on a spot basis.
-9th Term-
Taiji Ishimori: Sailor Boys leader. His complete and utter failure in the ace role is considered the main reason X itself failed. He is considered the biggest failure out of the system, but that is more because of the huge expectations than Taijis' ability. He was also the face side ace of dragondoor and El Dorado, but he left to join Pro Wrestling NOAH.
Shu & Kei Sato: El Dorado (Brahman Shu)
Manabu Murakami: El Dorado (Manjimaru)
Shinjitsu Nohashi: Originally Koichiro Arai, a miniature version of Keni'chiro Arai. He is now a mini Jinsei Shinzaki. One of the few active X members to not join El Dorado, he is a member of Michinoku Pro and one of their trainers.
Takeshi Minamino: Los Salseros Japoneses member. He debuted at the age of 15. He competes full time for Michinoku Pro. He spent 2007 as the HAPPY MAN character, but has since returned to his real name.

Small Dandy Fuji: El Dorado (Jumping Kid Okimoto)

-10th Term-
Naoki Tanisaki: Dragon Gate
Mango Fukuda: El Dorado (Bear Fukuda)
-11th Term-
Mini CIMA: Has had several dozens characters since X ended. Was a part of dragondoor as Little Dragon and El Dorado as El Blazer. Competes for Michinoku Pro as Yoshitsune. Continues to use El Blazer for freelance. He is the only X graduate who did not join Dragon Gate originally to make multiple appearances in the DG ring. He competed El Blazer, but as a Z1 rep (Taiji also made 1 appearance as a NOAH rep).
Saito Masuda: Never debuted.
Chuuichiro Arai: Another mini Araken. Competes as Amigo Suzuki now. Has not made it to Japan full time.

KONDO&Co.: Disappeared not long after debuting, despite getting some hype.
TARUcito 2: Never debuted as a wrestler, only making appearances as a manager for Mini MAX. Retired, now holds an office position for El Dorado.
-13th Term-
Hiromi Horiguchi: Brother of Genki. The "ace" of the lost class, he has only made a handful appearances in Japan. He splits time between Canada and Mexico. One of the more puzzling stories of the Dragon System.
Milanito Collection a.t.: El Dorado member. (Tsutomu Oosugi)
Banana Senga: El Dorado (Hercules Osenga)
Kanjyuuro Matsuyama: Competes for Osaka Pro.

Guillermo "Chango" Akiba: El Dorado (CHANGO)
